Misinformation
I find your discription above to be very far from reality. Let me point out some of your general mistakes. First, it is a partnership, shares are not issued, units are issued. Second, initial investment is not where near $500K for any of the firms. Third, it makes no sense to pay down your partner loan and the firm does not pay it down from the partners draw. Fourth, partners are not admitted because the firm is "in need of financing", they are admitted because they add value in some way to the firm. Fifth, partner equity is not used to fund firm pesnions.
Before you publish pieces like this you should ensure that your research is correct and not full of misinformation. Students read this information and believe it comes from an informed source which obviously you are not.

Expert in the Management of CA Firms
What kind of a moron would make these comments. Maybe you are a real partner but my experience tells me you're not in a real firm. Next time put your energy in offering your opinion on ways the information could be improved, (wikipedia style) and spare the good people who have made MYcaSITE your self serving, ego inflating, crap. A coward does this type of drive by comment with no name attached. Does your mom know you are on the internet being an e-bully? Why do I get a sense you are a short man? Now, go away and don't ever waste these people's time again.
Someone who can't stand the auditor mentality.
